Humble Heritage Ltd undertook this heritage statement during September – October 2016 on behalf of the applicants and owners Mr and Mrs Harle and their project architects Niche Design Architects. This assessment is intended to inform and accompany the application for planning permission and listed building consent for internal alterations, removal of existing rear offshoots and a single storey rear extension at 126 The Mount, York.
