Monument record MYO5043 - The Leopard Inn, Coney Street

Summary

Site of a 17th century house, demolished in 1924. In the 18th century it was used as a bath-house, recorded as such in the 1690s. By 1735 it was used as a printing office for the York Courant and in the early 19th century for the Annual Racing Calendar. In the later 19th century it was a public house.
