Monument record MYO2283 - All Saints Fishergate (All Saints Priory) (Fishergate Priory)


The church was granted to Whitby Abbey by William II, provided that some monks should always reside there, under a prior. It probably never had more than 3-4 monks, and it was abandoned before 1536.
