Description
Previous excavations within the study site boundaries indicate that there is a high potential for early prehistoric activity around the natural springheads at the southern end of the site. There is also a high potential for Iron Age and Roman settlement and agricultural activity. There is also a high potential for medieval ridge and furrow.
