Abstract/Summary

This report considers the results of the excavations undertaken at the Fulford site (YORM 1996.352) by MAP Archaeological Consultancy Ltd in April - August 1996, in advance of the submission for planning permission to York City Council by Persimmon Homes Limited and Pilcher Developments, to develop the site for residential housing This sourse record contains two version s of the 1996 report, identical save for omission of Title page, formatting and inclusion of footer detail. The number of pages is also different due to the different font size and justification of text.
