Abstract/Summary
Heritage Statement intended to inform and accompany a listed building consent application in connection with a proposed scheme at the Grade II* listed property, which includes the first, second and third floors of 79 Low Petergate (a Grade II* listed property) and a rear block which together form a two bedroom dwelling (known as 1 Bailey Court). The proposals seek to erect a single storey extension and internal alterations, including a new staircase to access a loft area.
