Abstract/Summary
This Heritage Statement has been prepared to accompany a full planning application
for the construction of 14 detached dwellings on land to the north and west of
Connaught Court Care Home, St Oswald’s Road, Fulford, York, together with
demolition of existing structures on the application site, as shown on the plans
accompanying the application. The Statement reviews the context of the proposals within the Fulford Village Conservation Area, and their impact on nearby Listed Buildings. A separate Heritage Statement report covers archaeology.
