Summary

A white brick detached villa dating from c. 1849 (Demolished), The original boundary wall to Heworth Green survives with iron gates and railings, some bars are barley twist. At the northern end of the boundary wall is a weathered parish boundary marker for St Maurices parish

Full Description

Maurice's House, No. 36, is a white brick detached villa dating from c. 1849. The front elevation is symmetrical and has neo-Norman details. The interior is plain and much altered.
