Summary

Row of 4 terraces. 2 storeys and attic space. A Victorian symmetrical bay window is seen on the ground floor, and door twin horizontal sashes per house under curved brick arch. 4 dormer windows - brick, slate and timber detailing. Condition: Overall fair. Cornice damaged in places. Windows of No. 40 are in poor condition. Timber decorative elements are in fair condition (Nos. 36, 140, and 42 need repainting). Acomb Buildings Survey has this as a listed building, however this terrace is not listed.
