Summary

Methodist Chapel, 1860. Was an integral part of village life until July 1981. It was bought by the owner of an adjoining house and renovated for use as a private games room in 1998. There is a stipulation that it cannot be used as a private dwelling. Nominated for inclusion on the Local List of Heritage Assets. Former Wesleyan Methodist chapel opened in 1842. Brick and pantile, broad three-bay front with four-centred arches to doorway and windows.
