Red Brick Front & Rear Elevations. Buff brick architectural details. (Heads & dentil to eaves and stacked gables.) Blue Slate Roof. Substantially refurbished and reconfigured. Occupied together with 64 Marygate; which sits at corner of Hetherton Street & Marygate.
Surveyed January 2015: Generally in good condition although the gutters were noted to be blocked and damage to brickwork at low level due to salts/capillary action.
Shopfront: No 64 replaced, none to No.2
Upper floors: Occupied - beauty clinic
