Summary

A World War II searchlight battery is visible as earthworks with an extant building, but the features were levelled in later photography. There is a single search light, with traces of a possible second earlier searchlight. Surrounding these are several gun emplacements, a control station building and tents.

NMR Information:

A World War II searchlight battery is visible as earthworks with an extant building, but the features were levelled in later photography. There is a single search light, centred at SE 7020 5079, with traces of a possible second earlier searchlight. Surrounding these are several gun emplacements, a control station building and tents.
