Full Description

House. Mid C18. Brick with stone dressings, pantile roof. Square on plan, with central entrance. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 6-fielded-panel door beneath overlight flanked by original 16-pane sashes with thick glazing bars. First-floor band. Blind central window to first floor flanked by replacement 16-pane sashes. Flat brick arches with keystones and moulded stone sills throughout. Stepped eaves course. Pyramidal roof. This house was formerly used as the village school.
