Full Description

House. Mid C19. Brick with slate roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and 2 bays. The windows are glazing bar sashes with cambered brick arches. The left-hand bay contains a doorcase with a modillion cornice and with pilasters which have sunken panels. Above the door, which has 6 raised and fielded panels, there is an overlight. At the left there is a yard entrance with a 6-panel door. Chimney on right-hand (south-west) gable. The right-hand gable wall is faced with C20 blockwork following the demolition of adjoining buildings. INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value with other mid C19 buildings on Clarence Street.
