Full Description

House with shop. c1800 with later C19 rear wing and shopfront; C20 alteration. Front of painted orange-red brick in Flemish bond; timber shopfront and plain timber eaves fascia board; truncated brick stack to pantile roof.

EXTERIOR: 3-storey 1-bay front. Panelled shopfront with glazed and panelled door to left of plate glass window. On first floor, altered 3-light mullion and transom window with casements, possibly replacing Venetian window, beneath flat arch of gauged brick rising to round arch in centre. Second floor window is partly boarded 16-pane sash with flat arch of gauged brick.

INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value as an integral part of Fossgate.
