Full Description
House. c1840-50. Mottled brick with slate roof.
EXTERIOR: single storey. One bay to each side of porch. The windows are glazing bar sashes. The roof is carried down above 2 projecting brick walls to form an open porch. The inner doorway has a door with 6 raised and fielded panels, and an overlight with margin panes. A lower wing at the left is blind except for a small window towards its right.
INTERIOR: not inspected.

Cottage, No. 103, was built in the last decade before 1850; it is marked on the OS map of 1852 as The Herdsman's Cottage. It is a small single-storey dwelling in plain brick with hung-sash windows, all much restored.
