Full Description

Shop and flat. Early C19. Painted brick with pantiled roof, hipped at the right. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and one bay. On the ground floor there is a C19 shopfront with timber pilasters and cornice. The 1st floor window is sashed, with a segmental arched head. A doorway at the left forms part of the facade of No.26 Lord Mayor's Walk (qv), which oversails the entrance to No.24. It has a doorcase with reeded engaged columns, a panelled frieze and a plain cornice. The door has 6 raised and fielded panels with a fanlight and panelled reveals. Chimney behind ridge towards right. INTERIOR: not inspected.
