Full Description

House, now offices. c1835 with later alterations. Brick with some stone dressings. Hipped slate roof. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and 3 bays. The facade has stone plinth, stone storey band above ground floor, and a modillion gutter cornice. The windows are glazing bar sashes with rubbed brick flat arches. The ground-floor windows are tripartite and have segmental brick super-arches and a moulded stone impost band which is truncated at the right. The doorcase, in the right-hand bay, has reeded engaged columns, frieze blocks with diagonal decoration, an open pediment, and an elliptical fanlight. The door has 6 panels and panelled reveals. Chimneys to left and right. INTERIOR: not inspected.
