Full Description

House. c1860. Brick with stone dressings. Slate roof. EXTERIOR: symmetrical, of 2 storeys and 3 bays. The windows are glazing bar sashes with architraves. The ground-floor windows have panels below their sills and the 1st floor windows have a sill band. The doorway has a pilaster doorcase with modillion cornice, and a 6-panel door with overlight and panelled reveals. Modillioned timber gutter cornice. The gables are coped and have chimneys. At the left there is a narrow lower 2-storey projection under a lean-to roof. Its front wall is blank on ground floor and has a sash window on the 1st floor. INTERIOR: not inspected.
