Description

The general lay out of the subsurface could be detected in each area, with anomalies of possible structural/stone-like origin. The deepest anomalies, if not caused by ringing from the top concrete layer, are more likely to be of natural origin than structural origin. Other anomalies were more specific to each survey area; two fuels tanks in the garage forecourt were successfully identified, and three anthropogenically enhanced horizons were detected across the area. A partially infilled void was detected in the pub area which may be the remains of a former basement. The restaurant is immediately underlain by a thick layer of blocky rubble, possibly demolition debris used as levelling material for the present building.
