Description
Provision of new utility supplies for water, gas and electricity. As this required
trenches to be excavated schedule monument consent was obtained and watching
briefs carried out on each trench. In all this comprised four separate visits and
watching briefs. Firstly, the minster plumber digging to provide access for water to
5A Minster Yard, then electricity and gas to supply 5 Mister Yard and finally water to
connect 5A Mister Yard. The watching briefs were carried out on the 23rd and 24th
January, 1st February, 7th February and 20th March. Scheduled Monument Consent
