PROJECT DETAILS An archaeological watching brief was undertaken by Field Archaeology Specialists Ltd on behalf of Mike Griffiths and Associates, during groundworks associated with the construction of three bungalows to the rear of The Arndale Hotel, Tadcaster Road. Each plot was stripped of topsoil and overburden by machine.
