PROJECT DETAILS An archaeological excavation was conducted at 1a Grosvenor Terrace, Bootham, York by MAP Archaeological Consultancy Ltd during November and December 2000. The excavation revealed several phases of Roman activity that included pits, post holes and a post-built structure that consisted of T-shaped alignmentof six similarly-sized post holes.
