Description
A watching brief was conducted on this site during the excavation of a drain during restoration of this property. In the trench observed all of the stratigraphy was found to be modern although the contractors believed that there was some evidence of a Post Medieval foundation beyond the eastern end of the trench. Any other features of archaeological interest were found to have been destroyed by modern service trenches.
