Description

HESLINGTON HESLINGTON LANE SE 65 SW (north side) 1/57 The Lodge 17.11.66 GV II House. Early C19. Pinkish-brown brick with ashlar and red brick dressings and Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays of which the 3 ground floor left- hand bays form a bow. French windows with decorative glazing bars throughout, mainly under flat arches of red gauged brick. Ornamental wrought-iron balcony to window of first floor, 4th bay. Slanted shutters to most windows. Ashlar coping to bar and to left gable. Roof hipped to right. End and ridge stacks. Listing NGR: SE6243350264
