House, now shop. Mid C19 with C20 shopfront. Orange-brown brick in English garden-wall bond with timber guttering; slate roof with brick stack. EXTERIOR: 3-storey, 2-window front. Shopfront has glazed double doors between plate glass windows over marble veneer risers. Windows on first floor are 12-pane sashes, on second floor single pane lights; all have painted stone sills and channelled lintels with dropped keyblocks. Second floor lintels are partly obscured by guttering on paired modillions with fluted bowl rainwater head at right end. INTERIOR: not inspected.
