Short rail track/waggonway from gravel pit to small staith on River Ouse noted on the First Edition Ordnance Survey plan. A turntable is also shown to the west of the gravel pit. Out of use by the end of the 19th century.

Constructed in 1867, extended north-west between 1929-1936, partly demolished (west part) between 1942-1961, further demolished (north and east part between 1961-2012).
