Abstract/Summary
Beginning on 28th June 1995, York Archaeological Trust carried out an Archaeological Watching
Brief on excavations undertaken during the laying of cable ducting to the west of the city, around the
land designated as part of the Area of Archaeological Importance. The principal area of work being the Front Street area of Acomb.
