Watching brief during groundworks for foundation trench assocaited with a new dwelling. Despite the proximity of the site to a Roman road, the construction of the previous building and associated landscaping had likely truncated any earlier features. Although there were no finds from the cobble surface and make-up deposit below, it was probably related to a cobble yard associated with the extant property of 51 Huntington Road to the north of the development.
