WB during new build. After the demolition of an existing single storey building, a area of 140 square metres was removed down to a depth of c.0.70m below present ground level. Two trial holes, 0.60m x 1.40m, were then machine dug on the northern and southern sides of the site, each c.1.20m in depth. No archaeological deposits or remains were found.
