Abstract/Summary
This proposal represents a Project Design for the first phase of an archaeological evaluation to be
carried out to assess the extent, character and significance of archaeological remains at the proposed allocation site of Whinthorpe. The PD has been prepared by FAS Heritage on behalf of Sandby Ltd, following consultation with John Oxley, City of York Archaeologist.
