Full Description

Warehouse, now offices. Mid C19, with later alteration and restoration. Orange-red brick in Flemish bond, with rusticated ashlar basement; left side rendered. Stone coped gables and moulded kneelers to Welsh slate roof. EXTERIOR: 3-storey-and-basement front; 5 bays, centre bay gabled. Five segment-arched openings in basement, now closed by C20 board doors. All windows are segment-arched 4-pane sashes with painted stone sills, including attic window in gabled centre bay. Eaves band of cogged brick below moulded brick eaves brackets. At centre of roof ridge, square on plan louvred cupola with sprocketed pyramidal roof and wrought-iron weather vane. INTERIOR: not inspected.
