Summary

Row of 4 victorian cottages (2 storeys). Flat brick arches to windows and doors. Plain brick cornice. Flemish bond to front. English garden wall bond to sides. Upvc replacement windows. Probably replaced 6-over-6 sashes. Structure OK - some localised repairs. Cement mortar but no obvious impact to bricks. Roof tiles poor in patches. Door surround and flat brick arch of no. 72 replaced sympathetically.
