Find Spot record MYO4060 - crouched burial, stone cist


A burial found in underpinning Clifford's Tower in 1902 was in native rather than Roman tradition. It comprised a crouched burial in a cist formed by four pieces of rough sandstone and covered by a rather larger stone (YPSR (1902), 72).
