Summary

Ancillary building (cottage & stables) to the large Victorian house called ‘Dringthorpe’ demolished after WW II. Now part of St. Leonard's Hospice? Decorative barge boards, chimneys and porch. Also includes iron railings (pre 1890s) surrounding a small stand of beech trees. Part of the original landscaping of Dringthorpe House. Nominated for inclusion on the local list of heritage assets.
