Summary

19th century building on the corner of Bootham and Bootham Row. Described as Building of Merit in the Historic Core Conservation Area Appraisal. Surveyed January 2015: Well maintained property. Frontage is in good condition. Rear facing large wall has been repaired; different colour bricks in middle. Several different buildings in rear all attached; condition looks fine. Upper floors: B&B Shopfront: public house (original?)
