Full Description

House, now wine bar. Early C19 with C20 renovation. Orange-grey brick in English garden-wall bond with slate roof and brick stack.

EXTERIOR: 2-storey 1-window front. Margin-glazed and panelled door to right of 12-pane sash window; similar window on first floor; both windows have cambered brick arches.

INTERIOR: not inspected. Included for group value with other buildings on Grape Lane.
