Description

A borehole survey and excavation of two trenches formed an evaluation in advance of determining a planning application on this site. The evaluation indicated that there are well-preserved waterlogged archaeological deposits sealed below 2.5m of modern (19th/20th century) dumped deposits. NMR Information: Two trenches and four bore-holes excavated in advance of proposed development recorded waterlogged deposits associated with the Kings Fishpool.
