Headstone. Early C20. To Dick Turpin. Stone. Roughly dressed           monolith approximately 0.6m. high with elliptical head and           painted and incised lettering. Inscription reads: "John Palmer           otherwise Richard Turpin. The notorious highwayman and horse           stealer executed at Tyburn April 7th 1739 and buried in St           George's Churchyard". Included for historic interest.
