House, now shop. Early C19, altered mid C19, with further           alterations and shopfront of C20. Front of painted brick in           Flemish bond, right side rendered; timber shopfront; pantile           roof with external brick stack.           EXTERIOR: 3-storey 1-window front. Shopfront has plate glass           door between canted windows. First floor window is shallow           canted bay with 1-pane sashes beneath dentilled cornice.           Second floor window is tripartite with tripled 1-pane sashes           with painted sills. First floor string broken by bay window.           INTERIOR: not inspected.           Building recorded as The Gardeners' Arms in 1851.           Included for group value as an integral part of Goodramgate.           (City of York: RCHME: The Central Area: HMSO: 1981-: 143).
